Many SaaS platforms overwhelm users with unnecessary features, reducing decision-makers to passive consumers of static charts and outdated insights.

Consigliere aims to solve this by serving as an owner’s intelligent operational companion—identifying risks, surfacing opportunities, and dynamically forecasting the business impact of daily activities. Unlike traditional assistant apps that only leverage generic language models, Consigliere uniquely combines machine learning built on historical data, user actions, and real-world economic trends to deliver actionable intelligence.

By combinining the utility of commonplace LLM's with the power of machine learning, we crafted a solution that grows in knowledge as a result of user interaction. The LLM handles the basic data querying and artifact production while the ML element handles the advisory side that can begin to predict the results of actions taken and not taken—the latter potentially being the more valuable of the two.

Adoption of any point solution depends on users immediately perceiving value—habits form (or break) in the very first interactions, often sooner than designers anticipate. To address this, we focused on delivering instant value through predictive answer chips that guide users toward meaningful outcomes, while ensuring the LLM can seamlessly adapt if users take the conversation in new directions.
